"Richard Spencer "Rich" Robinson" is an American musician and founding member of the rock and roll band The Black Crowes. Along with older brother Chris Robinson (singer)/Chris Robinson, Rich formed the band in 1984 (originally called Mr. Crowes Garden) while the two were attending George Walton Comprehensive High School/Walton High School in Marietta, Georgia. At age 15, Rich wrote the music to what would become one of the band’s first singles; "She Talks to Angels".

Invites a question: Can a partisan elected official fairly and impartially handle these kinds of election-related violations, ethics violations?

Was this whole case handled impartially, or was it because so much money had been spent to disparage someone who was respected by Cox?

We're really behind the curve on this. I think there's merit to these ideas. The whole thing is drawing people's attention to money and politics.
