The issue is smoking, not smokers. Smoking is the problem, not the smoker.

We urge people to go out and enjoy places they have not gone to because they were concerned about the smoke. Go out and eat.

If people were jumping off bridges we wouldn't give them a push, we'd try to stop them.

In New York and Arizona there were lawsuits brought on the same grounds against the states' smoke-free laws and the states prevailed. We'll see tomorrow. Judges do what judges do.
