"Reginald Joseph Hayward Jr." came from Thornridge high school and is a former American football player defensive end. He was drafted by the Denver Broncos in the third round of the 2001 NFL Draft. He played college football at Iowa State Cyclones football/Iowa State.

He has also played for the Jacksonville Jaguars.

It's going to be fun and it's going to be interesting to see the outcome, ... But they know me just as well as I know them and we're going to try to outwork each other.
