When this town was founded chickens used to be considered part of the citizenry. I think we have to be careful when we destroy what has been part of San Juan since its founding.

This is still historic San Juan Bautista. I don't know who came up with this cockamamie idea, but it's totally irresponsible? You'd have an evacuation, you'd have to call FEMA to come and save us.
