Just the changes in the ice -- we weren't picking it up fast enough. It's not a major concern. In the worlds last year, we had to win six in a row. There's a good to both sides of this thing ... I'll tell you after what it is.

I think that's a major flaw. I think there's a few teams here that I don't want to say don't deserve to be here but they haven't proven themselves. Winning one event or coming second or third in some other event shouldn't get you here.

If you're referring to how competitive it's becoming compared to 1988 and 1989 ... it is tougher.

Maybe to some of the players it's right up there but let's be honest. To the paying public the Brier is the event of the year. I don't care what anybody else says.
