In the Philippines, Coke is having problems. Coca-Cola is charging a 21 percent premium and the low priced cola, which I don't have to name, is charging very much lower, so that is the problem.

San Miguel is looking at many, many opportunities offered to us. Our intention is to still go on and acquire several companies. We are really interested to buy companies bigger than National Foods.

We're looking at $ 300 million. That's our target.

Our beer and food businesses grew in 2005 as a result of effective brand building and strong innovation, well above the rest of our portfolio and we are looking to these businesses to increase our growth rate, allowing us to generate internal sources of funding for future business opportunities.
