"Ralph Phillip Klein", served as the List of premiers of Alberta/12th Premier of Alberta and leader of the Progressive Conservative Association of Alberta from 1992 until his retirement in 2006. Klein's tenure as premier ended when the Alberta Progressive Conservatives' new leader, Ed Stelmach, assumed office December 14, 2006, exactly fourteen years after Klein first became Premier. His nickname was "King Ralph", a reference to his political longevity and his management style. Klein led "four successive majority governments."

It's the politics of the Liberal party that they seem to get away with this kind of thing in Ontario and to some degree in Quebec. He'll likely form another government. Whether it's a minority or a majority, I don't know. But certainly he'll get votes out of Ontario.
