Ellie is getting better. She works in practice every time against (senior) Jessica Pillow. She's help make Jessica better and Jessica has helped Ellie.
I think that when my kids are pushing the ball in transition we are at our best. We started doing that a lot more in the second half and we converted.
We had a tough time shutting down their offense. And we missed a lot of foul shots the first three quarters. When you do that it affects your offensive execution.
This a big win for us.
It was awfully good to have (Lampley) back in the lineup. And Rachel Perry hit some really big shots for us. It was just fun to watch the Lady Lions play tonight.
We were just focusing on attacking in the second half. (Alex) did a good job attacking.
We made some bad decisions there at the end. But my girls had the heart to come out on top.
Ellie is one of most enthusiastic players. She always hustles and she communicates with her teammates. In this game she hit a big 3, got us another big basket and she continued with her knack for getting some key rebounds.
