I look at them as much improved. Our conference is tough enough and now Swansboro has turned the corner and they're playing very good football.

When it happens, it's unfortunate. You hope they don't get hurt, but it's something you can't control.

Our problem is we're not good enough to come out flat and expect to pull it out. We're not as good as advertised.

We think our ends are pretty solid. Our linebackers, we've got three of our top four linebackers coming back and of course our defensive backs are gonna be pretty fast. But no one's acting like they're hungry and it's been real concerning. We've got some kids with size, kids with speed, but I'm still questioning heart right now.

Their running backs are all real good. We're gonna have to tackle well. They've got a good running game and we're gonna have to make some plays defensively and slow down their running game.

Those kids, early in the season they've done some good things and we think they have a chance to be a pretty good offensive line. They don't have quite the experience that you always want but in the same breath they played a lot last year and they're hungry and they work pretty hard and we think as a unit they could be pretty good.
