We have heard from our member hotels and they have expressed concern that the mandate may be a burden for the parents and players from outside our area.

The chamber did receive a call from some parents concerned that they would like to stay elsewhere. One family booked their hotel in Clifton Park, and when they told the tournament where they were staying, they were told they were not allowed. We have reached out to the hockey tournament folks. They have not returned my call.
