We're just being cautious. This is not a recall, but until we have more information, the responsible thing to do is to discontinue sales.

The competition is tougher. We recognize that consumers spend the most in the store you go to first, and we want to be the first store.

When we made those decisions, we didn't know exactly what the economy was going to do, but it was our expectation that the economy would weaken. Our marketing and promotion budget is pretty comparable to recent years, so again we're not doing any significant additional spending behind the promotions.

We think we've got the right products, the right promotions, but like last year, we are still cautiously optimistic.
