"Paul William Millar" is a Northern Irish Association football/football player turned manager, who is now Gary Hamilton (footballer born 1980)/Gary Hamilton's assistant manager at IFA Premiership club Glenavon F.C./Glenavon.

As a player, he played in Midfielder/midfield and Forward (association football)/attack. He started at Glentoran F.C./Glentoran, moving on to Portadown F.C./Portadown, before signing with Port Vale F.C./Port Vale in 1988. Three years later he transferred to Cardiff City F.C./Cardiff City, and helped the Welsh club to top the Football League Third Division/Third Division in 1992–93 Cardiff City F.C. season/1992–93. In 1995 he left the Football League to return to Ireland, signing with Linfield F.C./Linfield and later returned to Wales to play for Bangor F.C./Bangor. He also won youth caps for his country, and also earned a Northern Ireland B national football team/Northern Ireland B cap.

As a manager, he was appointed manager of Bangor, before moving on to Ballymena United F.C./Ballymena United. In 2005 he was made manager of Newry City F.C./Newry City, moving on to Glentoran F.C./Glentoran the next season, and then returning to the management position at Bangor in 2007. In 2008, he was appointed manager at Larne F.C./Larne, before he left the club in April 2012.
