The best way I can have my voice heard in Washington is to respond to the people in the 6th District.
"Patty Wetterling" is a U.S. advocate of children's safety, particularly focused on protecting children from kidnapping/abduction and abuse. Wetterling currently serves as chairman of National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Her advocacy began after her Jacob Wetterling/son Jacob was abducted in 1989. She was a candidate for the Minnesota Minnesota's 6th congressional district/Sixth District seat in the United States House of Representatives as the Minnesota Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party/Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party candidate in 2004 and 2006, losing to Republican Party of Minnesota/Republicans Mark Kennedy (politician)/Mark Kennedy and Michele Bachmann respectively.
