I really do think snacking is the key to dieting. We know if you can steady your blood sugar, then your body will most likely burn fat.

I think these folks have been very real. When you have a birth of a baby, when you have to travel with your work, when you have stress because there's changes of jobs at your household and when you have struggled because your family doesn't want to eat what you want, that is reality.

Since I won't get to go into their homes, I really need to see from this journaling what the meal sizes at dinner are like. What are some of the foods they like and, for lunch, who brings lunch and who eats out?

The goal is to get you off soda, off caffeine, and get the kids and all your families involved, too.
