It's ironic, really, that the very same week they're taking up the bill about requiring booster seats for children until their 8 years old, they're also talking about lowering the hunting age to eight. What they're saying is that in order to be safe, a child has to stay in a booster seat until they are 8 years old, and then we're going to turn around and send them into the woods with a loaded gun.
