"Nicholas Andrew Schultz" is a Canada/Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman who is currently playing for the Philadelphia Flyers of the National Hockey League (NHL). The Minnesota Wild drafted him in the second round of the 2000 NHL Entry Draft. He played junior hockey for the Prince Albert Raiders of the Western Hockey League (WHL). He has represented Canada in international competition at the junior and senior level.

I knew the guy was coming back door and I was there to make the play and just was unlucky.

I think it's a good thing we're doing it. The other leagues have it. People want to know if there are guys doing it, because it shouldn't be allowed.

You got to battle hard. When you lose both those guys, they're playing big minutes, it's tough. But the guys did well.

They gave us booklets that have everything in there. If you're taking something, you can bring it in here and ask (the training staff) to have them look at it to make sure there's no issue.

In our division, it's quite a bit of travel to come from where we are and play these guys four times. To play them twice in one trip is kind of nice. That's a bonus.

It would still be a person. Like you would take out the gene for ADD, but it would still be a person. It's like taking medicine. It's not who you are.

They're a different team at home, more aggressive. We definitely took too many penalties to give ourselves a chance.

He's been huge for us. He's scored in clutch situations.
