We obviously disagree with their findings. This was a case about some compliance problems at Wal-Mart a number of years ago. We are in 100 percent compliance with the laws.

It is obviously very upsetting to the family and to all three of the defendants. But a lawsuit is about whether there is any legal responsibility, and Congregation Beth Israel did not do anything wrong.
