It's always a fine line, but what we try to do is evaluate what other courses within a general 30-mile radius of Ames are charging, on a comparable type of course. Then it's just a sensitivity, where we try to stay really competitive.
The challenge will be identifying areas. The most logical are those needing services (sewer and water).
So often we focus on their medical transportation needs, but their needs to socialize are just as important.
It just seems like there always needs to be a few more details fleshed out. If we can (see the report), we will, but I don't want to make any guarantees.
We really haven't had to increase fees very significantly. A lot of them don't have any increase.
We can't forget about the silent tax payer that will never set foot in the facility.
