There's more talk about doing more concerts as well as coming down here for more concerts, or a ply at the New World Arts, or drinking coffee or meeting your friends. It just becomes a destination rather than a place to drive through.

The lights are all rusted out and some don't work quite right. (Also), the top is metal and so it's all rusted out after 50 years, so we have a problem with rain coming through and shorting out lights.
