For 16 shots, to score six goals is a lot of goals. But most of the scoring was on errors.

There was too much defense. We should have pushed the ball up the field more.

Defensively we did a good job - we're starting to mark tighter and play as a unit. Molly Augustus and Leigh did a great job in the back.

It was cold - it was 34 (degrees) when we left - but we were real happy Bear River let us play. We haven't seen our field at Sierra in three weeks. You can't even walk in the gate because it's so wet.

We had two bad innings in those games. The first innings really got to us.

If she had it, it went to the right spot.

Overall, our lineup is pretty young with a lot of new girls, especially the infield. We've been really working on getting them to work as a unit. They've been working really hard and are making the plays. That's what we expect from them.

We didn't play anywhere near as well as we did yesterday. There were probably 10 to 12 shots we should have taken that we didn't.

I was happy with our midfield. For their first game on a big field, they did well.
