You always want to be the guy. You work hard and as a backup. That's a great thing being able to help the team win.
He got me right where there's a nerve, and my hand just popped open.
It's something I didn't even think twice about. But I have the luxury because I own my own business.
Now I'm in a situation where they might not want to send me down. I'm going to keep working. At the end of the time, if they decide to send me down, it will be a tough decision again.
He was great. It was a pleasure to see that ball coming out of his hand and into my mitt. It was gorgeous.
They did try, but I always said no, I can't. I think I would panic in front of all the people. I like to do it just for fun, but I'm afraid. I will sing to people I trust, but not around people I don't know.
It was a great throw from Ichiro. It was in my glove. But (Teixeira) made a great slide and knocked the ball loose.
It's sad to have the opportunity the way that I did it. But at the same time, it's fair. I worked my [rear] off. I told them before I left for the World Baseball Classic, I know that I have a small chance, but I'm going to work hard and I'm going to make that decision tough.
