Kayla has the potential to score 15 every night. We just have to make her know that she has that ability.

I told them from the first day that it was not my goal but my expectation that we would go to the state tournament. There were some doubts [early in the season] and we had a lot of adjusting to do after the injuries. But I think they've adjusted and overcome so much. It's caused them to pick it up and play harder.

This was the first time this season that she's been out of a game for that long a time. I thought she could play the rest of the game with four fouls. But she needed a break so I could think about it.

She shoots the ball well from outside and practices it a lot. She hits those consistently in practice.

That's the whole purpose of putting them on the line. Those have to be our rebounds.

I think once (West Memphis) saw the man-to-man they got a little anxious with the ball. We'd just been sitting back a little on defense, and all of a sudden we got more aggressive when we switched to a man.

We kind of wish we were playing on Wednesday so we could go [today] to watch and see what it's all about. We may go early [today] but I don't want to get them there too early and have them sitting around.

The last game against Jonesboro it was [Graham's] defense and tonight it was her offense and her defense.

I didn't think we played that poorly against West Memphis. We just didn't block out and rebound very well. And against Forrest City, we played extremely flat. It seems like with this team, if one player comes out flat, they all do.
