We have thousands of requests for opinions. We get through the opinions as quickly as we can.

All we did was look at the pricing. We looked at hundreds of documents and came up with 18 that got letters, which is a fairly small number.

We feel like it's a way to make sure the money doesn't go into state coffers, and instead goes directly to the hurricane survivors — the people who really need it.

We are not talking about a tax issue, we are talking about a constitutional requirement.

The attorney general's concerns about the need to ensure integrity in gambling are not limited to casino gambling. However, she has not been presented with any issue regarding off-track betting in Rosemont and therefore is not in a position to comment further.
