Butler's multiple buildings make it flexible for accommodating several different types and sizes of tenants. Butler has lots of room for expansion and is served by rail.

GREDA and the city seem proactive in reaching out to attract new companies to the area. Galesburg has a strong, skilled labor pool.

Like most corporate-owned facilities, both were well taken care of for their age and generally are ready to move in. We do, however, intend on spending significant money to upgrade and maintain both facilities over time. Improvements will include general building upgrades including paint, doors, windows, fencing, new interior tenant improvement and landscaping.
