That's not good enough. We charted out 47 passes and 25 runs per game last season. We need to increase the number of carries per game. We need to get better than a 4-yard average.

The guy who had the biggest challenge (on Tuesday) was Overmyer. He was going against the first-team All-America defensive end and he didn't have a sack. Overmyer was matched up with that kid all night long. We threw 40 some times and only ran the ball six times. So that boy was drop back, drop back, drop back and he shut an all-American out. That's pretty good.

We'll see if he's one of those kind of players.

The thing about linemen is they got to be athletes - you don't want the big fat guys that can't move. We have guys with good feet, and that's what you want.

We'll be fine. I have guys that are good athletes and quick feet. I can work with that.

It's going to be a physical spring.

That wasn't physically getting beat. It was a miscommunication deal.

Right after signing day we'll start on that. Look at all the cut-ups and assess who we are and what talent we have right now.

I had a little heart-to-heart with him, and I think the light bulb finally came on. He got a little frustrated. He was having trouble with his footwork.
