I think their products are very good. I think it's going to be an excellent IPO.

It's Web based, which is the key. It really is the next step in this type of an application.
They realize they have to be executing. It's not just about a Web site.
Waterhouse will be doing about two-thirds of its trading on-line. So I think that's going to be kind of a key offering, kind of a watershed offering for the month. If it does okay, then I think the Internet correction might have run almost its entire course.
We have more of a short-term buy on this, which is something we look at to own for about six months. You'll probably see some nice gains.
