We're Kansas and the other side is Oz. People think no one lives here. But this is a really active neighborhood, with a lot of kids, and we want to take back this space.

I want to come out of my house and see kids and people enjoying themselves. I grew up in the Marina. I want to see people outside having fun. Right now they're too afraid to walk around here.
