It is a complete waste of time and money. It is just going to mislead people into thinking they can impose their will on the minority.
You can't deny people their first amendment rights and you can't use administrative employees in an effort to accomplish what truly is an unconstitutional goal.

From my review of the legislation in place, I don't think they've exceeded the limits to meet the definitions of adult entertainment. It's no different than a restaurant or bar with entertainment -- comedians, a band, or magicians.
