I think they're doing as much as they can b/c they're not just going to just stand there while someone shoots somebody or stabs somebody and do nothing about it. They can't be at the same place at one time.

I've been in Kennedy Square for 31 years and this is the 3rd time that we've had someone's life taken since I've been here. So I would say very surprising.

It's violence. It's no value on life. Our younger generations are not thinking that death is everlasting . They're not coming back.
