A lot of the kids that are in school regularly do well, shown by the CSAP test scores. Those that move with jobs mostly seem Mexican, and they're not as stable. It's not because of intelligence or race - they're moving and aren't doing well, and there are other factors as well.

To me, it puts a lot of responsibility on the employer. It wouldn't be a problem if we weren't luring them into the country. There's a need for these people, but it really hurts social programs, and citizens pick up the expenses.
