It lasted 100 years without any really visible signs of structural damage other than some dry rot and normal wood decay. Everyone is amazed that the building is as strong as it is.

You'd be surprised to know how long we've taken to go over the little details that to some people would seem like a waste of time. But we want to get it right.

The big thing is that we are looking to having this thing completed exactly a century after it was built. I hope we have some sort of local celebration.
