This was a good meet for us. We got to see a lot of the better Division II teams and some of the better runners in the Midwest.

It surprised me a little bit. It went very well, and I'm very pleased with where we are at.

I think it will be important to do well in this meet. It's a quad meet, which means there will only be four total teams competing so it will be important to develop a team atmosphere. It would be nice to come away with a win.

Steve had a great indoor season, and he started the outdoor season off just the same. To see him come out and start at a high level was good to see.

Right now we are struggling a little big with our relay teams. We are going to work on those and hopefully get them to run a little better.

I feel good about this team. We've had a lot of success in recent years, and we want to continue that. We've got a group here that I think can do that.
