Not too long ago we weren't getting those opportunities to interview and it's real good and exciting to me. The Rooney Rule and I think the success that Tony has had and Marvin had this year has done nothing but enhance the chances of minorities getting jobs. And that's the way it should be.

For two years in a row, Andre Johnson led the league as a receiver in yards after catch. Had Corey had enough catches, he'd have blown him out of the water. So this guy's a legitimate big-play guy. Once he catches the ball, he can outrun people.

I have a better feel for what we need to do to become a playoff team than anybody coming in here. I think the players would rally behind me.

He's worked his way the blue-collar way, and hopefully he'll be a good example for some of our young guys here.

Corey is a big-play guy. He's got speed, and he's got impeccable work habits. He's the type of guy you want to be around and coaching. He comes in every day and gives you a day's work.

There was a time when guys that looked like me didn't get those opportunities. And now it's happening, so it's positive.
