Technology plays a key role in our business, internally and with our members. We use technology to make our members' lives easier and give them the services they request such as Internet banking and bill pay. The Open Solutions applications will improve the members' experience. Leveraging Open Solutions technology to get 'one view' of each member was very important to us as well.
