If one person would just step up and buy that (residential) space we could move forward with the project. One of the three buildings would be completely done which would really get the ball rolling for the remaining space.

We've had discussions with local banks since day one but National City was the first to step up. They have a community development department that invests in projects that further communities in which they operate.
