It was paved as part of an incremental project to make the commercial properties more attractive for development. In this coming fiscal year we are also going to pave Lafayette and Gustine roads in the same area for that same purpose.

It creates problems for our residents in the south. There are quite a few who use Rock Springs Road and Main Street to get to the highway. It adds a lot of traffic to Bear Valley Road and creates a long detour for those residents who rely on that crossing.

It will continue that way until that pocket is repaved late next week.

It could be tomorrow evening before they are cleared.
