All the hard work and effort the kids put into the season has paid off. Everyone who participated had at least one personal best time.

It was a huge boost for the kids to hear Jay talk and I could tell they were really listening to what he had to say. He showed them his gold medal and it gave the team a lot of inspiration going into Saturday's preliminaries.

Catherine is always giving 100 percent at meets. No matter if she is sick, tired or sore, she always tries to be the best and soon it will pay off.
