"Julie Speed" (born 1951) is an American artist living in Marfa, Texas. Born in Chicago, she moved to Austin, Texas in 1978.

Her work appears as the cover art on Shawn Colvin's A Few Small Repairs, and was selected for use on 2004 Texas Book Festival events materials.
