"Jorge Dandys Julio Tapia" is a former Major League Baseball relief pitcher. He previously played for the Baltimore Orioles from 2001 to 2005, New York Mets and Arizona Diamondbacks in 2006, and the Florida Marlins in 2007 before being traded to the Colorado Rockies/Rockies for Byung-Hyun Kim. He had brief stints with the Cleveland Indians and Atlanta Braves in 2008, and also with the Milwaukee Brewers in 2009. He bats and throws right-handed.

Julio, who throws extremely hard, features both a Four-seam fastball/four-seam and a two-seam fastball in the 95–100 MPH range and has thrown even harder on occasion. He also has a downward-breaking slider, which comes in at between 86 and 90 MPH, and occasionally throws a changeup as well.

It's baseball. What can I say? Too much plate.

I'm happy when they told me I had been traded to the Mets. I think this team has a lot of opportunities for me.

Everything is OK. I'm where I should be.

I don't know what happens on the mound. Nothing works right now.

I remember 101 was the fastest. It was in Baltimore.
