These three players were named team captains after a vote by the team. I feel that these three players are tremendous leaders. Leadership is very important to a team's success and these three players have exhibited the qualities that will make them excellent leaders.

We're incredibly young, and it's a lesson that we have to learn, but at this point, we have to get ready for the next game. So, the biggest thing we have to sort out is learning to play ahead instead of behind. We're not there yet, but we are on our way.

We talk a great deal in our program about having pride in wearing a Charlotte jersey. She will not only have the privilege of representing our university but there is also no greater honor than to represent your country.

The challenge is to sort out what's holding us back at the beginning of games. We're responding at half time, responding to the adjustments we are making. We're working our tails off in the second half, getting great chances, but you can't give away the beginning of games and expect to get good results.
