Were hopeful they're going to hear the case and not cancel the hearing. If we're going to get an adverse hearing, we'd rather get that sooner than later.
It's a tough goal. But it's a goal that we think we're going to be able to make.

The rabbi or any other citizen of the United States should not have to pay money, fill out an application or get permission to assemble peacefully, speak freely, and worship God in their own homes.
It is clear we are not where we want to be.
It was an amazingly strong showing considering the resources we had. If it takes another two years it's worth the wait.
Their support both financially and through endorsements is very significant.
It's going to be close. It could be very close.
