The alternative is a tower or some facility you can see. We often see other towns recommending church steeples. This is a win-win situation.

Here is an existing structure we can use, ... There are several advantages. It's centrally located, a good height, there are not a lot of trees in the way and it's good topography (without many hills in the area).
