It will, we believe, be the nicest facility on the West Coast for sure.

For the horse people, the facility will be a substantial improvement and everything will be new.

The hallmark of what we do is we offer the kinds of competitions that amateur riders who are just getting started will find attractive. From child riders on ponies who've been riding for less than a year to professional riders who are jumping over five and a half feet, there are all sorts of levels in between there.

Many of them are pretty serious about competing. But you could find out enough to know a little bit more about this sport, know how it's scored and what (judges) are looking for.

With some parcels being sold, we knew it would be hard to maintain a horse show.
