There is the perception that when certain businesses start leaving that the income level isn't there. I want to prove that wrong. I don't think anybody has looked.

The first thing that's going to happen is in July we're going to get apartments off the ground. There are a few other questions on the houses that are over there; what's going to be done with them. Their plan is to take every other one out and do kind of a bed-and-breakfast.
