As we've transitioned from a business company into the consumer space, we had to look at how we talk to our home and small business consumers in a different way.
But for the hurricanes, it was a really great year.

We (county) will have to make due with a little less and make a cut in the price of gas that will be visible to the consumer. Ray's generosity is helping upgrade the lake. We wish we had more neighbors like him. He's putting plant growth where it belongs -- in the wetlands. A guy who is so sensitive about nature is rare.
It covered all of our processes and procedures, including procurement, manufacturing, warehouse management, training and equipment maintenance.
Our main cost is our employees.
