The nearly 15,000 employees at UPS Freight deserve the same strong voice and strong representation that the Teamsters provide to workers at UPS.

As the reorganization moves forward, we will make sure our members voices are heard loud and clear.

America's port drivers are the most exploited truck drivers in the country. Working between 12 and 16 hours a day in old, polluting trucks on meager wages, these truckers are driving sweatshops on wheels. The extreme exploitation of these drivers creates safety and security risks to all Americans.

We refuse to wait any longer for the government to rule on our challenge -- we are stepping up the fight against these regulations that put Teamster drivers at greater risk.

From New Hampshire to New Mexico, the Teamsters will continue to fight any bill that weakens the rights of workers or makes it easier for unscrupulous businesses to take away their benefits. Anti-worker groups think they can implement their national plan one state at a time, but the Teamsters will be there every time to oppose them.
