It's a bigger issue than adding one person to the staff. It's making sure all the sales people are focused on selling the center, and the entire valley. I think the actual structure that makes sense will come out of the committee with input from our new head of the CVA.
It's been a long, tricky road with lots of obstacles in front of us.
