Nick had a tremendous 200 and 400. He won them both with some real decent times.
She's surpassed both marks already. It's pretty wild.
We did not have a ton of kids to go with him for that big of a meet.
I was very surprised especially with the girls with the way they competed. We stocked all the relays with everyone. All the relays are worth double points. It is a relay meet. All the kids who were our top athletes ran the relays.
We went 1-2-3 in the pole vault and I don't remember the last time we did that. It's a great bunch of kids to work with.
Josh and Alyssa kind of ruled the corner at that end of the track.
I think Lindsay Wickman is kind of hidden in our track team and she works really, really hard. She helps us in every single event that she does. She just has a smile all the time and is working hard. She's progressing every single week and doing a great job.
Josiah Johnstone ran out of his head. He did a great job. We took a lot of points from them in the field events and they started to stack up. To come that close to them, even when we were not in the ball park, I'm really pleased, especially with the boys winning both relays.
She doubled in the 1,500 and 3,000. She did not work hard in the 3,000. She ran hard in the 1,500 and she knew we needed those points. She did a great job. She's coming back from being fairly ill for the first part of the season. She's getting stronger and stronger every meet. We're fortunate to have her in the program this year.
