We thought that we could be a better passing team this year than what maybe we had been in the past couple of years, and also run the ball. I think the kids demonstrated that, but we also have a lot of work yet to do. Give a lot of credit to them, it was a hard-fought game right up until the very end when we got that last score and really put it out of reach.

I think we got straightened away a little bit defensively, and offensively, in the second half. The kids made some suggestions at halftime with what they thought might go, and they came out and executed pretty well.
