"Jennifer Hunt" is a professor of economics and Deputy Assistant Secretary for Microeconomic Analysis at the U.S. Department of the Treasury. She previously served a term as Chief economist/Chief Economist to the United States Secretary of Labor/U.S. Secretary of Labor, serving under Acting Secretary Seth Harris and Secretary Thomas Perez. She is currently on leave from her position as Professor of Economics at Rutgers University. She is a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research. She has done research in the areas of employment and unemployment policy, immigration, wage inequality, transition economics, crime and corruption. Her current research focuses on immigration and innovation in the United States, the U.S. science and engineering workforce, and the 2008-2009 recession in Germany. Her research on immigration has been cited by media in the context of Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act/immigration reform legislation, currently under consideration by the List of bills in the 113th United States Congress/U.S. Congress.

It's going to be exciting. Being in D-I is going to be a challenge, but we'll be able to handle it. We have a lot of good freshman and newcomers coming in, as well as those returning. It should be a good season.

Individually everyone seems to have a good bat and good glove so far. For weaknesses I can't really think of anything.
